Government Officials, Branches and an Lawyer Sued
On November 6th, 2025 in Hillsborough County Superior Court, New Hampshire, a Pro Se, Self-Represented father filed a 39 page lawsuit with 17 pages of exhibits laying claim to top government officials, including the entire NH Supreme Court Governor and Speaker of the House.
This seems to have been sparked by an expose form NHPR’s Todd Bookman (included in lawsuit exhibits).
This Lawsuit Encompasses Top New Hampshire Government
The following Defendants, government officials, have been asserted in the lawsuit against the New Hampshire Government:

You won’t hear about it on Channel 9 News (our local news station), likely because that outlet is largely financed through local and national financial contributions of both political parties. Every two and four years, news channels get their piece of billions of dollars in campaign contributions to present approved candidates of the Republican and Democratic parties.
In the interim, other special interests pump funds via marketing, or advertising through large industries, not local, small businesses.
Political Patronage, Protection and Persecution Racket
While the criminal charges against Associate Justice Hantz Marconi have been resolved for the most part, the true depth of corruption has yet to to be uncovered. The fulcrum point of this scheme by this author (Robert Tanguay) is asserted in the Family Courts and Family Court lawyers which profit greatly from the destruction of families, backed by Title IV-D Grant Money.
