What would happen if targeted parents all over the country asked “family court” judges to “impute” their income to TRILLIONS? Wouldn’t title iv-d funding tied to their pensions break the federal budget? Isn’t a “family court” judge “imputing” income to a payor a form of fraud on the federal government?

I gotta watch the video, but I believe most people have the Title IV-D funding wrong. They get up 2 out of every 3 dollars ADMINISTRATING child support collections, not the amount collected. It makes people look stupid when they claim that at the legislature office.

I think the real issue is greedy lawyers that promise child support and custody as a way to generate business and justify legal fees.
