Is there is more “Due Process” for fighting parking ticket violations than in Family Court.
Why would you fight a $10 parking ticket in court. Well, to prove that the Family Court is insufficient, and correct it.

Please see Family Court Rules and the New Hampshire Constitution.
The State Prosecutes Parking Tickets
The City (Manchester, NH) issues parking tickets, and the State (of New Hampshire) prosecutes them. Here is the first trial before the prosecutor, after already having to post bond and file an appearance for a $10 parking ticket.
If I didn’t show up, the Judge could issue an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
No Rules of Evidence in Family Court
Judges Must Report Judicial Misconduct
Continuation of the Fraud and Due Process Violations
In Family Court, the Judges write lies to protect the prefrerred litigant.
